At Neo Energy, we believe that strong teamwork is built not only through our daily work, but also through opportunities to connect, compete, and grow together. This spirit came to life once again through OlimPIOTde 2026, an annual sporting celebration that brought together companies within the Pondok Indah Office Tower (PIOT) area in the spirit of Indonesia’s Independence Day.
Held throughout the month as part of the 81st Indonesia Independence Day celebration, this year’s OlimPIOTde featured a variety of competitions designed to encourage sportsmanship, camaraderie, and stronger relationships among employees across companies. The official announcement of the competition results was made on 31 August 2026, marking the culmination of a month filled with excitement and friendly competition.
Neo Energy actively participated in several competitions throughout this year’s OlimPIOTde, including volleyball, table tennis, futsal, and Mobile Legends.
Each competition provided a different opportunity for employees to come together, build teamwork, and represent Neo Energy beyond their everyday professional responsibilities. From physical sports that tested coordination and endurance to E-Sports that required strategy, communication, and quick decision-making, every match brought its own challenges and memorable moments.
While Neo Energy took part in several competitions, this year’s achievement came from an unexpected arena.
Neo Energy proudly secured 2nd place in the Mobile Legends E-Sports Tournament, marking a memorable achievement for the team.
Representing Neo Energy were Wildan, Ragil, Putra, Gabriel, and Saddam, who worked together throughout the competition and demonstrated strong coordination, strategic thinking, and determination.
Their achievement is a reflection not only of individual skills, but also of the importance of communication and teamwork. Just as collaboration plays an essential role in achieving shared goals at work, E-Sports requires players to understand their respective roles, respond quickly to changing situations, and work together toward a common objective.
Securing the runner-up position also adds a new chapter to Neo Energy’s participation in OlimPIOTde and gives employees another reason to celebrate the spirit of togetherness that the event represents.
Beyond the results, OlimPIOTde provides a valuable opportunity for employees from different companies within the PIOT community to interact in a more relaxed and engaging environment.
For Neo Energy employees, participating in multiple competitions throughout the month was also an opportunity to spend time together outside the usual workplace setting. Whether competing on the volleyball court, around the table tennis table, on the futsal field, or behind a Mobile Legends screen, the experience encouraged employees to support one another and build stronger connections.
The achievement in Mobile Legends can also serve as a new source of motivation for Neo Energy employees to become more active together, not only in competitions, but also through regular sports and recreational activities.
